Courtin Bb deservedly got a third career success to her name, as she took the finale at Tipperary, the second divide of the Follow @tipperaryraces.ie Handicap Hurdle.
A winner at Tramore last summer, the Paddy Duffy trained nine-year-old had been knocking on the door of late and was placed on three of her last four starts.
Sent off at 11/2 this evening, the daughter of Brian Boru was settled behind the leaders by Mikey Hamill and led briefly with just over a circuit to race.
In share of the lead from three out, the bay victor was ridden and went clear from the next, keeping on well from there to score by ten lengths. Stolen Moment (33/1) finished second under Ricky Doyle for Sean Aherne, while Watching Brief (7/2f) and Hughies Bay (11/1) were third and fourth respectively.
Duffy, who also owns and bred the winner, said: "It is so hard to win for the small fellow and we are thrilled. She is a family horse and is the only horse I have in training. I have another one to come in, that's all.
"Mikey is doing well since he came back and he gave her a great ride. I haven't a clue where we'll go next and we'll enjoy this!"
