Helen Mooney got off the mark on the racecourse proper at Tramore in August and the 7Ib claimer grew even fonder of the south east by landing the concluding bumper at Wexford for her boss Dessie Hughes on Definite Class in the New Extension At Wexford Racecourse Mares (Pro/Am) Flat Race.
The winning daughter of Definite Article led two furlongs out from the front-runner Backinthere and she went clear inside the last furlong to prevail by four lengths.
Hughes said: "My horses are ready now and I'm happy with this one. We didn't think we'd win a bumper with her but her best chance was always going to be in one of these mares races.
"She had a run under her belt and she had form with a cut in the ground over hurdles one day in Naas. She'll go for a maiden hurdle now. Helen won on Swiftmarc before and she rides very well. She is more than alright for a 7Ib claimer."
Helen is a daughter of trainer Paddy Mooney and a sister to jockey Martin.
