Costello on mark again with Refuse Refuse To Sell followed up last month's success at the course when taking the seven-furlong handicap at Dundalk. Kevin Manning sent his mount to the front over a furlong from home and he stayed on well for a length-and-three quarters success over Dash Back. Trainer Flan Costello, who had waited seven years for a victory until last month, welcomed the quick return to the winners' enclosure. "Things are improving! Hopefully they keep going. I only had a permit previously and 3 horses. We're taking it seriously now!"
