The Dasher Conway produced a fine display of jumping when making all in the Tramore Tourism Handicap Chase.
Donagh Meyler stepped in for a spare ride on the Ask gelding and bounced him out in front in the race, run over a mile-and-seven.
His mount was strongly pressed going to the second last by Mater Matuta but a fine leap there saw him assert and he went clear over the last to post a nine-length win for trainer Gillian Callaghan.
Barry Callaghan, husband of the winning trainer, said: "We were hopeful. He jumps well and just improved for the better ground, we thought that would help him today.
“We've no plan for him, we will bring him home and give him a rest. We will see then if there is something similar in three or four weeks.
“He is a good fun horse for the summer and he'll stay over fences for the moment, but he has won two over hurdles.
“He was running off 115 today and will probably get a bit of a hike so it'll be harder for him the next day. He won today anyway so we can't complain."
Meyler came in for the winning ride after Conor Maxwell was delayed by traffic.
