Luke Comer and Chris Hayes combined for a double in the final two races at Dundalk when 22/1 Scarlet Seymour plundered the last.

The six-year-old mare lined up for the second division of the extended mile and a quarter handicap and tracked Anfass in second.

She was pushed along to pass Anfass with a furlong and a half to travel and edged right when she came under the whip at the furlong marker.

Hayes kept her straight as they made the best way home to score by a length and three quarters from Alhaajeb (11/1). Moving (13/2) came home third.

“That's smashing. She worked as well as Clueless Hill last Saturday so we knew she was going to run a good race but it had been a while since she ran,” said assistant trainer Jim Gorman.

“She kept going very well there. She acted on the surface fantastically well and the horses are springing.

“The horses are in form, it's fantastic, and it's Disneyland for us at the moment!

“Please God it continues next Wednesday and further on.”

Comer's Clueless Hill (14/1) took the first split of this contest under Hayes.

Comer and Hayes also teamed up for a winner at Dundalk on Wednesday through Bradesco. That colt was the final leg of Hayes' treble in midweek.
