Claim The Lady completed a 39/1 double for Jessica Harrington at Naas, as he took the Care At Home Handicap in first time cheekpieces.
Third on three of his previous six starts, the son of Acclamation failed to make an impact on his most recent outings at Limerick and Leopardstown respectively.
Sent off at 9/1 this afternoon, the bay colt was settled behind the leaders on the inner by Tom Madden.
He was switched out to challenge over two furlongs from home and soon led, keeping on well under pressure from there to see off the efforts of Finding Nero and Edification
The former, who was returned a well-backed 5/4 favourite (from 7/4 on-course and 3s this morning), was half a length away in second under Colin Keane for Johnny Murtagh.
Recent course and distance winner Edification (7/2) was another half a length back in third.
Harrington, who trains the winner for the Long Wait Partnership, said: "I'm delighted to get his head in front. He's been knocking on the door and his maiden form when third to Anthony Van Dyck last year, and this year behind Buckhurst, was good.
"Now that he's got there I think he'll come on from that. He seems to have got a lot stronger in the last month which has helped him a lot.
"He got first run and Tom said he was probably idling a bit in front."
