David Casey who took a crashing fall here on Easter Monday was back in the winner's enclosure after Boulavogue took the Ballybin Hurdle for trainer Charlie Swan.
Casey who was prominent for most was in front on the Turtle Island gelding from the second last and the pair kept on gamely to record a four and a half length victory.
"I think we'll have definitely confused the handicapper after that", said a delighted Swan.
"David [Casey] was brilliant on him. He's a consistent sort and deserved the win. He's dead genuine just idles in front a bit."
"I'm not sure what'll we do now whether to go back over fences or go for another hurdle we'll just wait and see."
