He added 'I could be out for three to four weeks but we´ll see how things are progressing when I have the wrist x-rayed again this week. I´d want to be back for Leopardstown after Christmas.'

Meanwhile Keith Hadnett, last season´s Champion Claiming Rider, confirmed he had fractured his collar bone following a fall from Dyrick Daybreak in the Royal Bond Novice Hurdle.

He stated 'Its the same injury I suffered from a fall at Listowel in September although the specialists said it wont need surgery. I am hoping to be back race-riding for St Stephen´s Day.'
