Caman Eileen was another smart-looking sort to make a winning debut for Willie Mullins in the bumper at Tramore.
The 8/11 favourite had a good four lengths to find on the leader Thats All who tried to make the most of his experience in the final three furlongs.
However, it soon became apparent that Patrick Mullins was sitting on plenty of horse as his mount closed up on Thats All meeting the rising ground.
She soon swept past the toiling former leader and quickened away inside the final furlong to win by an emphatic nine lengths from Zolpharine who attracted support down to 11/4. Gone For Tea took the third prize at 4/1.
Jockey Mullins said: "She was very good. Mark Landers sent her to us, Jimmy Mangan pre-trained her and he did a great job.
"We were worried about the ground, but she handled it fine. She has got a nice Flat pedigree, with loads of speed.
"Once I gave her a squeeze she took off, she has plenty of gears. We might look for a black-type bumper with her now, possibly the one at Gowran towards the end of next month.
"The ground is very soft, but it's loose because it's so wet. You'd either go on it or you don't, but it's very safe."
