Champion Trainer Willie Mullins registered his third winner of the afternoon today, and his first at Limerick, when the Rich Ricci owned Bravissimo made a winning Irish debut in the FutureTicketing.ie Maiden Hurdle under jockey Paul Townend.
The son of Al Namix moved into contention entering the home straight and in the end scored a three lengths win over Bobo Mac
Afterwards Townend stated “he did it well and jumped great. He travelled super throughout and took me to there but was in front long enough on that ground. He got the business done nicely.”
Mullins' earlier two winners were Bunk Off Early and Bapaume at Leopardstown.
