Jim Bolger recorded a double this afternoon when his charge Shintoh landed the concluding Proudstown Race at Navan this afternoon.
Kevin Manning, who took the riding honours, sent his mount to the front at the two furlong marker and the pair kept on well to score by three and a half lengths.
Ger Flynn representing winning trainer Bolger said afterwards: "Kevin [Manning] said he's a nice horse, he's still a bit green, but he'll come on well from it."
"We'll see how he comes out of the race before we make any plans."
Bolger's earlier winner came with Purple Glow which landed the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auction Maiden.
