Berry rides treble as What A Charm sluices home Fran Berry and What A Charm sluiced up by four-and-a-half lengths in the Leopardstown November handicap to give Berry his third winner of the day. The treble paid just over 150/1. The success gave trainer John Oxx a double at the track. What A Charm was subject to money throughout the morning which contracted her price from 7/1 to 5/1. She drifted out to 6/1 on course. Prince Chaparral took the runners-up berth with Knight Eagle in third. Fosters Cross completed the placings in the competitive 21-runner renewal of the race. Oxx said: "She's a grand filly. She hasn't had the ground all year as she loves it soft. I had her entered everywhere throughout the year but there was no sign of rain. "It takes a good three-year-old to win the November handicap. I thought that the three-pound raise she had from the Cesarewitch might have stopped her." Pittoni, returning from a 42-day racecourse ban, was heavily punted. He shortened from 6/1 to 3/1 in the morning and was backed down from 11/4 to 7/4 on course. He faded to finish 11th.
