BRITISH RAIDERS REPELLED IN FRANCE

The Chris Wall-trained Jezebel finished a close third behind Danger Over in the Prix de Seine-et-Oise at Chantilly today.

Richard Mullen`s mount was beaten less than a length in third place behind Pascal Bary`s charge in the Group Three six-furlong contest.

British hopes also had to be content with place money in the Listed Criterium De Vitesse for two-year-olds.

The five-furlong dash was won by Seasons Greetings (Dominique Boeuf) with the Richard Hannon-trained Jack Spratt (Thierry Jarnet) second and the Mick Channon-trained Kachina Doll (Thierry Thulliez) third.
