Outsider of the field Anadolu showed great heart to land the spoils in the Listed Danehill Dancer Stakes at Tipperary.
Tracey Collins' charge, sent off at 14/1, had a great duel inside the final furlong with 4/5 favourite Moonlit Garden
Pat Shanahan got everything from his mount to egde the verdict by half a length.
"We always thought a lot of this filly. We were disappointed the last day but she didn't stay the six," said Collins.
"This was the plan and we'll have to see where she goes now. She has an awful lot of speed.
"The last time she met Dermot's filly (Moonlit Garden) she was right behind her at the five but just didn't get home.
"Pat gave her a peach of a ride. She can be difficult in the stalls but he got her out and well balanced.
"The owner is a trainer in Turkey and has a runner at the minute in a Group Two there. Hopefully he has an across the board double!"
