Amemri landed her third course and distance success when running out a game winner of the seven-furlong 47-65 handicap at Dundalk.

Luke McAteer was in front early on the David Marnane-trained filly but she settled in behind the leaders after a couple of furlongs.

The daughter of Time Test led again a furlong-and-a-half from home and held the challenge of Senado Square in the closing stages to post a half-length success.

McAteer said: "The horses are in really good form, so it is nice that this filly got another winner. She is a five-time winner.

"Anything that hasn't won, has been knocking on the door so it has been a great few weeks. It is a shame it has to stop.

"A lot of it is about pace if you miss it a bit and get back, there is no way back into it. We changed it up a bit today and we rode her a bit more positive.

"Obviously, they are in that grade for a reason. Sometimes you get caught behind one and getting stopped for a stride is enough to get you out of it (contention) when it turns into a sprint.

"We went even enough and she picked up, she can pick up good. I was probably there a bit soon but, as I got there, I knew I had enough to get me to the line anyway.

"I think we have 17 winners together this year now, so it has been great. Hopefully, it can keep continuing to build and get better every year."
