AMO Racing strike again with Saliteh Saliteh continued a great weekend for AMO Racing when well-supported from 15/2 into 9/2 joint favourite to take the Far Above At Compas Stallions Handicap under champion jockey Colin Keane at Naas. The purple and white colours were carried to a double at the Curragh yesterday highlighted by the victory of Raadobarg in the Paddy Power Irish Lincolnshire and Saliteh kept up the good work here on her first start for Adrian Murray. The former Richard Hannon-trained filly was prominent throughout and kept on gamely in the closing stages to beat Little Queenie, who showed tremendous pace on the stands’ side before drifting left under Ciara Flynn in the final furlong, by a head. Juno Beach finished best of all just a head further away in third. Keane said, “Ciara’s filly was a bit of a handful, even going down (to the start), and she did well to be fair to her. “Our filly was good and game and she had a bit of a blow so she might improve a little from that. She’s a quick filly. “She got a little bit unbalanced halfway in the ridges so I’d say there is a little bit of improvement to come. “She travels very strongly and I wouldn’t rule out going over six.”
