"She done it well. She broke smart and I got a nice position, probably a bit handier than I'd liked to have been. I was travelling that well that I let her go early in the straight, and hopefully there is another day or two in her," said Leigh Roche after doubling his Dundalk score aboard Jessamine in division one of the Crowne Plaza Leading Jockey & Trainer Championship Handicap.
Roche was earlier successful aboard Atlas for Denis Hogan and here he was looking good from early in the straight on the Pat Flynn-trained Jessamine. In the end the 8/1 chance had a length and a quarter in hand over Crown Pleasure (5/2 favourite).

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined All Body And Soul (GB), trained by Tracey Collins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing post race.
Samples were taken for analysis.
