4 now for Danube at Dundalk The pace in the Dundalk Driving Tourism Forward 28th February Handicap looked pretty strong so credit to Grey Danube for making virtually all under Kevin Manning before ultimately convincingly accounting for Blue Bullet by two and a half lengths. Blue Bullet was a big morning price market mover but he couldn't live with the successful grey whilst joint favourite Above The Law dwelt at the stalls and never really looked comfortable. He ended up coming home in fourth place. Darren Bunyan trains Grey Danube, now a four time course winner, for his brother Brian and he disclosed: "I'm glad to see him back to form. Like most of mine they haven't been right and he hasn't been right for about a year. "This side of Christmas though he's a whole different horse. "He has a world of early speed and he can come from last or he can make it. "I've got six in training at the minute and I'm always looking for more. "I have Grey Danube's half sister by Clodovil – she's a yearling. "This fellow himself might be a horse that could go for the winter all-weather series in England. There's a listed race on the 22nd of February that'd be a possibility." (MG & EM)
