An encouraging second on his return to action at Navan earlier this month, Folly Master justified strong market support in the Tote Guarantee, Never Beaten By SP Handicap Chase.

Available at 5/2 in early shows for this near two and a half mile contest, the Tom Dreaper-trained six-year-old eventually went off clear favourite at 10/11.

Carrying the colours of Declan O'Farrell and his wife Elaine of the Race Displays company, the Famous Name chestnut was settled in mid-division by Keith Donoghue.

Taking closer order from five out, the 121-rated victor was pushed along in second approaching the penultimate fence.

Ridden to lead before the last, he extended his advantage on the run-in and came home three lengths clear of the front running Rolly Bowley Boy (14/1).

The front pair drew 10-lengths clear of Listentillitellyea (10/1) and Darragh O'Keeffe in third.

"He's very straight forward and very genuine and owned by great people," Dreaper reflected.

"I thought I was going to run him the last weekend of October and didn't get a chance to get him out until two weeks ago. He wants proper soft ground and maybe even an extra mile.

"He won his point-to-point around a very stiff track in a great time.

"We'll look for something over a bit further and he could be one maybe for a bigger day in the spring."
