Rivers Of Babylon (7/4) saw off her two rivals in the concluding mile race at Navan by making all and keeping up the gallop.

Billy Lee dictated the fractions and his mount was still going well as the 11/8 favourite Cradle Mountain who raced in second, was pushed along by Joseph O'Brien over three furlongs out.

Reminders were soon issued by O'Brien as he tried to get his charge to get closer to Rivers Of Babylon.

The latter wasn't for stopping and, after a couple of cracks of the whip with a furlong to go, she readily powered her way home.

Cradle Mountain was beaten two and a half lengths into second. Sight Hound was always in third and couldn't go with the front two in the final furlong. He came in a further five lengths down.

"She's improving the whole time," said winning trainer Willie McCreery.

"She was just coming up against good maidens. I was very keen on her going to Chester but it rained all day. I nearly pulled her out but thought we were there so I didn't.

"She's in the Meld Stakes and we'll see."
