Mornings With Ivan are profitable

Morning With Ivan (now three wins from her last four efforts) showed a very willing attitude to land the Follow Us On Twitter Handicap at Cork under Kevin Manning. Brog Deas headed Morning With Ivan over a furlong out but once Manning got his whip switched and asked for more the response was generous.

The home-bred Jim Bolger-trained Ivan Denisovich filly got back in front inside the last and she edged out Brog Deas by a head.

Coolcullen representative Ger Flynn commented: "Kevin was delighted with her and she battled well to the line. She's a tough game filly.

"She had three quick runs and then had a little break before this. We'll have to see what the boss wants to do with her now." (AM & EM)
