Champion jockey Colin Keane completed a 28/1 plus treble at Dundalk this evening when partnering Fivefortwo to take the Irish Stallion Farms EBF (C&G) Maiden.

The easy-to-back 15/8 favourite, trained in partnership by Mick Halford and Tracey Collins, was never too far from the pace and got on top inside the final 150 yards.

The son of Time Test had three-quarters of a length to spare over Plunder who outran odds of 100/1, with Truth Be Told the same distance further back in third.

Keane was successful earlier on the Ger Lyons-trained pair Misappropriation and Sakti the latter landing the Listed Cooley Stakes.

Halford said, “He ran a blinder here the last night too. He got further back in the race than he wanted to be and he came home well in a good race.

"Tonight, as Colin said, he made little of a bad draw. Jumped smart, kept it simple with him.

"He's a work in progress, a real laid-back horse having a good blow there again.

"He's a nice horse and he was always holding him. He loves fast ground and is going to get further. He's got a wonderful mind.

"We'll put him away now."
