Easy Mover (16/5) was a debut winner of the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden under Wayne Lordan

Out of Irish Oaks runner-up Rain Goddess, the winner is a half-sister to Dee Stakes victor San Antonio from which Lordan suffered a season-ending fall in last year's Irish Derby.

A third juvenile winner in as many days for Aidan O'Brien, the daughter of Wootton Bassett turned for home in third and was ridden to challenge front-running Peregrine Falcon at the furlong marker.

Having mastered that rival in the final 100 yards, she just held fast-finishing Canto Della Terra by a head.

Stable representative Chris Armstrong said:-“Wayne gave her a lovely ride.

“She's a filly that's been going nicely at home and we thought we'd get her out. We were just a little bit worried coming here first time as the six around here is quite sharp and they can get a bit lost.

“Wayne gave her a lovely introduction, he kept her together as long as he could and got her there.

“She's a filly that's going to appreciate going up to seven or even a stiff six.

“She's now put herself in the mix for Ascot, for the six, or we could keep her for the Airlie Stud Stakes at the Curragh on Derby weekend.

“She's a lovely filly physically, typical of the Wootton Bassetts. She's a very good mover, good attitude and does everything right. She's one to look forward to.”
