He was a bit better in than his chase mark. He jumped a bit big the last day after running over fences, but I thought he would come on from it. He stays really well nowadays and John gets on really well with him. He's got a great pair of hands and he switches him off. He can be very free at home.

He was just on song today. He met every fence right. He was keen. I wouldn't like to have been riding him myself. He has some pace. I rode him one day round Dundalk over a mile (schooling race). He got left 15 lengths and was only beaten four. He had a little bit of an injury a few years ago and started jumping rapidly left. That's why we went back to the flat. We'll look for something similar or go hurdling. He's only rated 116 over hurdles. I'm delighted for him when he's that age. He's been a great old servant and that's his best performance.

Denis [Hogan] was very good on him as he's not an easy ride, he can be very keen. .He ran in a couple of hurdle races but they never went much of a pace and he ran too keen. He jumped very well and Denis was exceptional on him. .It's nice to see him get his chance as it can be hard for second jockeys to get their day. .We have no set plans there aren't a whole pile of winners and novice races for him. .Galway could be a possibility but the track may no suit him, I think he's better on a flat track.

That's grand. He's a big chasing type. Davy thought he could come back in trip. He's only bred to get a mile-and-a-half and we might try two-and-a-half with him,. He has always swished his tail. It makes him go faster! We'll find something small for him.

Denis gave him a very good ride. He's a very good jockey and is very good over a fence,. He gave him a very patient ride as he's a very keen horse. He ran well in Killarney last time where he got knocked around a bit. He'll go for a winners of one in Roscommon next.

David has some hands that horse is so free he gave him a great ride, he jumped great and he won well. He is a relation of Cloone River's. He loves fast ground and David rode him on the outside to get the best of the ground. He loves fast ground and we'll keep him on the go for the summer.
