He travelled great tonight and nine times out of ten when he gets into a battle he's very hard to beat,. He's a tough, genuine old horse — he's an old legend. The more you can get stuck into him, and grab a hold of him, he loves the battle. We bred him and still have the mare at home. She's still popping out a few foals. It's a great old family of horses. He worked on the Curragh early on Sunday morning, when no-one could see us, and he worked well. Myself and Dad were happy enough. His horses are flying and it's great. He's had three winners in the last couple of weeks. Touch wood it keeps going and he gets a few more winners. I've had four in the last month so it's great. I started off the season well and it went quiet enough during the middle of the summer. I had plenty of rides but was just hitting the crossbar at times. The last couple of weeks have been great. I might even get the jumps licence out and get a few spins over hurdles out of Dad. I'd be able to claim off 9-10!

Absolutely brilliant! He's a family horse and he just keeps winning. He is just so good. Dad (trainer Niall Madden) would sooner have him over any of us! Dad is over the moon now. We all love Galway and are big fans of Galway. To have a winner in Galway is something special. He has won a point-to-point, he has won over hurdles, he has won over fences and he has won on the flat.

He loves that ground. I think that's his 11th win now, he has won the majority of races in Dundalk on that lively ground and he was getting it today for the first time in a while. He did it well.

He was unlucky last year. That race suited him well as it was for horses rated 109 or less over hurdles. The way he settles he will get further. He loves Dundalk but he also won a point-to-point on his first ever start.

He loves this place and he loves that ground. There was no summer for him to run over hurdles and he will come back here to run over the winter.

Sarah Ann is currently in the air on the way back from a month's holiday in Australia. He ran a bit free but its great that he's won. My younger son Tom used to shake the bucket when feeding him, and that's how he got his name.
