Queens Brook is very good, her form is rock solid and she enjoyed it around there. I thought from the bend to the last that she picked up very well and it's nice to see her doing that. That inside track is riding very tight today to be honest. She's a mare that is consistent and she's there every day.

She was getting a good weight allowance and we had to take our chance. It wasn't ideal running her back so soon but the race kind of came our way. Jack even said there today that she would come on again from it today, she had a good blow. She's a big mare and takes a lot of getting fit. She's very honest, she wants to win. We'll probably keep her over hurdles this year and it wouldn't shock me if she ended up in a nice handicap somewhere along the way. We'll probably keep her over hurdles this year. Sure it's nearly Christmas now and you wouldn't be running for another three or weeks.

She was the one horse that came back in looking like a broodmare,. I wanted to run her to try and have her back for Down Royal. We knew she was only 75 or 80 per cent fit. Davy said she blew up twice. He said if she was fit and right he should have been letting her stride on four or five out but he was sitting against her. He said she had two blows but jumped great, did everything right and only got tired. We didn't want to make it but there was no pace. We knew coming here today she was only three-quarters fit and thankfully it's job done. She's a nice mare and she's one to look forward to. I'd say when she gets two-and-a-half miles she's going to be class, in a true run race. She just did what she had to do. Davy said she had to do everything he didn't want to do. He said he was never going to get beat but that she did get tired.

she's a good mare. We thought a lot of her coming here today but were a bit nervous with the ground going so heavy. I think she's a good mare. You have Aintree, Fairyhouse and Punchestown for her — not Cheltenham though. We'll talk to Noel (Moran, owner), he's away on holidays for a couple of days. It's great for Noel and Valerie as they are investing a lot of money into the yard so it's very important for them. I think she'll go on any ground although I wouldn't run her on firm.
