I was a little worried about the ground coming here but I knew he'd have a big chance today as he scored wrong after his last run, which was too bad to be true.

I think I've got my dream for Cheltenham. It took me a long time but now I've got him. There were no flukes about today, he annihilated them. I thought he was a moral certainty if he handled the ground. He'll have a run in the middle of February. If it comes up good ground at Cheltenham, it'll take a very good horse to beat him.

He is a good horse, he was the cheapest of the John Oxx horses at the Goffs Sales. He was certainly the bargain horse. The further he goes the better he goes. He is my ticket across the water. We will put him away now and he might have one more run before he goes to Cheltenham.
