she deserved that as she had a cracking run in the Galway Plate and also ran well at Gowran (behind Sizing Europe) the last day. I avoided all the trouble (in the race) but got there sooner that I wanted. She jumps well, is tough and tries hard. That is possibly her last run of the year and I can see her coming back for the Mares Hurdle at Cheltenham in March.

It was good that we split them up as I was thinking about running her in the novice (the previous race). She was beat by both of Nicky's mares (Une Artiste and Nadiya De La Vega) at Fairyhouse. She probably needed the race then and the ground was a bit drier today. I thought for a minute before the last that she wouldn't put her head down. She had a wind operation last summer and she's really getting her confidence again. She jumped great and she's another that'll keep going during the summer. The Galway Plate could be for her too. The owner (Joe O'Flaherty) has two horses in training and they've both won (Macnicholson yesterday) here this week.

I'm delighted with her, it was coming. She has now won a bumper, a maiden hurdle, a conditions hurdle and a novice chase. She will be kept going during the summer on summer soft ground. Additional reporting by Thomas Weekes

Her run here last time was very good and she did that well. She put a bit of distance between her and the others,. She'll go to Punchestown now for a mares hurdle although the ground is important to her and if it comes up heavy she won't be going anywhere.

I'm delighted with that - Burn And Turn absolutely hated the ground and Robert said it was her ability that got her through. She jumped brilliant and should be much better in the spring. Her size suggests that anything she does this year is a bonus as she is a great big mare. If the ground is good she will come back for the Grade 1 Deloitte Novice Hurdle here on February 12 but I don't know about Cheltenham but she could go to Aintree - the ground is the key.

Finally a change of luck! She did it very easily and was cantering on the better ground. I couldn't believe how easily she was going. The further she went the further she was going away. She will head over hurdles next season, and she's a brilliant jumper.
