The sponsorship in relation to Tattletime (USA), trained by David Loughnane did not comply with the Sponsorship Code of Conduct.
Loughnane was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that the correct sponsorship is carried.
The trainer disputed the warning explaining that the horse had been wearing a sheet with the sponsorship on it , therefore the warning was rescinded on 31/12/19.
Shortly after leaving the stalls, Schumli (GB), drawn 4, unplaced, lugged right-handed carrying the winner Tattletime (USA), drawn 5, onto Butterfly Pose (IRE), drawn 6, placed seventh, which clipped the heels of Atwaar (GB), drawn 7, placed second, and stumbled badly.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Atwaar (GB), which started favourite and finished second, was struck into on its left hind.
