Permission was given for Aggagio (FR) to go early to post and be mounted in the chute.

An enquiry was held to consider why Aggagio (FR), trained by Sophie Leech, had turned left-handed upon entering the Parade Ring rather than right, and had therefore not done a circuit of the ring, despite being asked to do so by the Stewards prior to the race.

Leech’s explanation that there had been a miscommunication with a member of the gate staff was noted and she was warned of her responsibility to ensure she comply with the Parade Ring protocols in future.

Following the race, William Buick reported that Epic Pass (IRE), placed second, hung left-handed.
