S. Foley, rider of Warrior Brave (GB), trained by Ross O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a little tight in the last 50 yards. Having considered the report and reviewed the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
The Raceday Stewards interviewed D.P. McDonogh, rider, in relation to him crossing the parade ring prior to this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that his mount was very keen and he told the man leading the horse to cut across the parade ring as he was last to go down. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action other than to remind the rider of his responsibilities under Regulation 16.
