Permission was given for How Impressive (IRE) to go early to post wearing a red hood, for The Waiting Game (GB) to go early to post and to be mounted on the chute and for Enpassant (IRE) to be mounted on the chute.
The raceday privilege request in relation to Twilight Fun (GB), trained by Chelsea Banham, to go early to post was not submitted.
Banham was warned as to her responsibility to ensure that all raceday privilege requests are submitted by 1pm on the day before racing.
The Starter reported that Scarboroughwarning (GB) was unruly in the stalls and was withdrawn at 7:06pm.
Sir Mark Prescott was informed that the filly could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
Ryan Kavanagh, the rider of Beauzon (GB), drawn 5, was slow to remove the blindfold.
After being interviewed and shown recordings of the incident, Kavanagh’s explanation that the blindfold became caught in the gelding’s bridle, was noted.
Following the race, Adam Farragher reported that Tremblant (GB), unplaced, was slowly away.
