Permission was given for Addenda (IRE) and Bint Mohaather (GB) to wear a red hood to post and for Appleblossomwhite (IRE) to wear a hood in the Parade Ring only.
An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after leaving the stalls involving Chester Arms (GB), unplaced, ridden by Daniel Muscutt, My Boy Harry (GB), unplaced, ridden by Sam Hitchcott and Captain Brett (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Georgia Dobie.
Muscutt was cautioned for careless riding as he moved Chester Arms (GB) left-handed when insufficiently clear of My Boy Harry (GB), taking the colt slightly off its intended line, resulting in Captain Brett (IRE) becoming briefly unbalanced.
Following the race, Hollie Doyle reported that Shamador (IRE), unplaced, was never travelling and Marco Ghiani reported that Addenda (IRE), unplaced, reared as the stalls opened and was slowly away as a result.
