Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of Regulation 10. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that L.F. Roche was in breach of R10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his record, they cautioned him on this occasion
