Permission was given for Valtellina (IRE) to go early to post, and for Supaspecialawesome (IRE) to wear a red hood to post.
The Starter reported that Wake Up Harry (GB) refused to enter stalls and was withdrawn.
Brian Toomey was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
As it was the second occasion within the previous 12 months that Wake Up Harry (GB) had been reported, a further report within the same period would mean the gelding would be prevented from having a stalls test for 6 months.
Following the race, Robert Havlin reported that Musical Mystery (GB), placed third, was denied a clear run, and Jason Hart reported that Supaspecialawesome (IRE), unplaced, stumbled leaving the stalls.
Billy Garritty reported that he felt Sir Maxi (GB), unplaced, take a false step approaching the final two furlongs and felt it prudent to ease the gelding; the Veterinary Officer examined Sir Maxi (GB) post-race and had nothing to report.
