The winner, Eleanor Bob (GB), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Ffos Las on 5 January 2022, where the mare finished sixth of ten, beaten by 25 lengths.
It was noted that the representative of Venetia Williams could offer no explanation for the mare’s improved form.
Eleanor Bob (GB) was routine tested.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Barden Bella (IRE), placed second, lost its right fore shoe.
