I don’t think Shadwell gave him much of a chance as he didn’t know anything when he came to us. He was probably a bit of a boyo and we got him for three grand!. He was a clean page when we got him and it’s worked out well.

The Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after leaving the stalls involving Cheval Blanc, ridden by M.A
Enright, Moshammer, ridden by D.W. O'Connor and Destacado, ridden by Siobhan Rutledge, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. M.A. Enright stated that he received pressure from his outer. D.W. O'Connor stated that he had to check due to Destacado coming across towards the rail. Siobhan Rutledge stated that she was aware of the horses on her inner. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found Siobhan Rutledge was in breach of Rule 214 in that she had ridden carelessly and having considered her record in this regard, they suspended her for 3 racedays.
