The Starter reported that Kwanza (GB) was unruly behind stalls.
Mark Johnston was informed that the filly could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
The winner, Lunar Deity (GB), appeared to show improved form compared to its previous run at Chelmsford on 26 January 2019 where the gelding finished seventh of 10, beaten by 13 lengths.
The representative of Stuart Williams could offer no explanation for the gelding's performance.
Following the race, Sophie Ralston reported that Presence Process (GB), unplaced, lost action.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding during routine testing failed to reveal any abnormalities.
