Maybe he's learning. He was very good there, he hung out a little bit and maybe he doesn't like the greyhound track or something!. It was quite a competitive little race. He missed the break but luckily enough they went hard in front and I was happy enough with where he was with half a mile to go. I'm delighted and hopefully he can go forward again. He's really thriving, he looks great and he's enjoying himself. He loves this surface and it's taking nothing out of him which is good.

At the request of the Stewards, O.J. Orr, rider of Sister Lola, trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was hanging left turning into the straight and then ducked right when he changed his whip hand
R.P. Whelan, rider of Golden Days trained by Tracey Collins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly two furlongs from the finish
The Stewards interviewed Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Kudbegood, concerning her use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that Siobhan Rutledge was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using her whip with excessive frequency. Having taken her good previous record into consideration, the Stewards cautioned Siobhan Rutledge on this occasion
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Golden Days, at the request of trainer, Tracey Collins, and reported the animal to be stiff post race when asked to turn.
An extended handicap for three years old and upwards rated 45-65
Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 10st 2lbs and the minimum weight is 8st 6lbs
