< Mansony landed the feature Amazing Thailand Chase after hot favourite Big Zeb took a crashing fall two out when poised to challenge.
Davy Russell gave the 7-2 winner a positive ride, going on early in the Grade Two contest and building up a healthy lead, but Big Zeb took closer order approaching the second-last.
The favourite looked a massive danger when he came down, and the Arthur Moore-trained Mansony was driven out to score by eight lengths from Watson Lake
It would have been a big surprise had Mikael D'Haguenet suffered a defeat in the Abbey Electrical Moscow Flyer Novice Hurdle and it never looked likely to happen.
Ruby Walsh was soon in front on Willie Mullins' imposing five-year-old and though Donnas Palm moved up to challenge approaching the second-last, he was soon backpedalling again as the 4-11 favourite turned the screw.
Mikael D'Haguenet jumped the last with a clear advantage and strolled to a seven-length success, prompting a cut in his odds for the Ballymore Properties Hurdle at Cheltenham.< Forest Leaves (8-1) certainly wasn't winning out of turn when he took the Richard Keating Memorial Grand National Trial Handicap Chase.
Always close up under Andrew McNamara, the Edward O'Grady-trained nine-year-old was left clear when Bella Mana Mou fell, and he stayed on stoutly to see off Tawnies by eight lengths.
Much of the interest in the Jim Ryan Racecourse Services Handicap Hurdle concerned Becher Chase winner Black Apalachi at the top of the handicap, on whom Roger Loughran tried to make all.
He was in trouble before the second-last, however, and could only stay on for fifth as Dashing George (4-1) shot clear under Paddy Flood to win by five lengths for the Eric McNamara yard.< L'Ami seems to have taken well to cross-country racing and he had too much class for his rivals in the Glenfarclas PP Hogan Memorial Chase.
JT McNamara sent him on at the second-last and Enda Bolger's 1-2 shot cleared away to win by 12 lengths.
Arthur Moore initiated a double when Sorceror stepped up on his promising
