Chris Hayes notched his sixth winner of the Listowel Festival when guiding Inis Meain to a bloodless victory in the Guinness Handicap.

The 4-1 joint-favourite made every yard of the running and had all his rivals in a spin when pulling well clear turning for home.

Truthwillsetyoufree gave chase from the rear, but Inis Meain had already flown, and was eased down by Hayes to record a six length success.< Highflying caused an upset when landing the Listowel Printing Works Maiden on his debut for trainer Paul Hickey.

Trained by Aidan O'Brien at two, the 14-1 chance picked up really well for Kevin Manning in the home straight and reeled in odds-on favourite Pageboy to score by a length and three-quarters.< Jackemil (3-1) wore down long-time leader Three Bells in the final furlong to land the John & Terry Morairty Memorial Handicap by half a length under Ben Curtis, while Danny Grant guided Shifting (8-1) to victory in the L.M. Carey & Company Handicap.< Shakervilz was forced to work hard to land the spoils in the Southampton Goodwill Chase.

Ruby Walsh looked to have built up an unassailable lead on the 7-4 favourite, but Wellforth chased him down and Shakervilz was eventually under pressure to fend that rival off by two and a quarter lengths.

Barry Geraghty may have missed out on Wellforth, but he soon made amends with a quick double, starting in the South West Bins Novice Hurdle as Run With The Wind landed the spoils.< Darwins Theory just led at the second last, but the Michael Hourigan-trained 5-4 favourite soon asserted after that flight and went on to score by four and a quarter lengths.
