Fisher Bridge and Colin Keane (left) hold on from Crystal Earth

Colin Keane was the star of the day at Down Royal, completing a double with an enterprising ride on Fisher Bridge in the Victoria Square Ulster Cesarewitch.
Ridden hard from the front and with a huge lead on the home turn, the 8-1 shot had just enough in the tank to fend off Crystal Earth by a head.< Wyoyo (13-2) was the easiest winner of the evening, coming home nine and a half lengths clear of his rivals under Keane in the NICFC Apprentice Handicap.
Trainer David Wachman enjoyed a one-two in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden, with Danehill Brook striking ahead of Amygdala
Billy Lee was slightly squeezed for room at the elbow on the 6-4 favourite, but he was soon back on an even keel and breezed past his stablemate close home to score by a length and a half.
Jim Bolger's Royal Focus opened his account at the first attempt in the Cruise Claiming Race.
Kevin Manning tracked leader Queen Rosemary entering the straight on the 4-1 chance, before coming nicely clear in the closing stages to win by two lengths.< Pillow came from out of the clouds to deny Aru Cha Cha in the House Of Fraser Nursery Handicap.
Luke Dempsey got a real tune out of Pillow (2-1 favourite) in the closing stages, and she gobbled up what had looked an unassailable deficit to get up by a short head.< Elusive Gent (25-1) also got up in the dying strides under Derek McCormack, reeling in Last Minute Lisa to score by half a length in the Reiss Handicap.< High Net Worth could not repeat the feat in the Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Maiden for older horses, as his withering late run was all too late to stop English Deer (7-2) winning by half a length under Chris Hayes.
