Young Kaiser up to the task at Galway
Kaiser So Say may be only five but he was good enough to land a competitive John Mulholland Bookmakers Handicap Hurdle under Barry Geraghty at Galway.
Backed from 17/2 into 7s, Kaiser So Say led turning in and he was two and a half lengths too strong for The Shepherd on the run-in.
Winning owner Bernard Heffernan said: "We're delighted with him and he ran here for the good ground. He will stay three miles in time and he is still only a baby. He'll have a break now as he has had a long hard season."
Bernard is assistant to his trainer father Andrew.
