Well backed Brian takes Fairyhouse maiden
Yes Sir Brian and Mark Enright reach for the final flight

The Garrett Power trained Yes Sir Brian was the second consecutive well backed winner at Fairyhouse today, rewarding players at 10/1 this morning with a 5/1 win in the Promote Your Business At Fairyhouse In 2016 Maiden Hurdle.
The keen running son of Brian Boru was prominent throughout under jockey Mark Enright, who secured a fine jump at the final flight before the pair went on to beat Hurricane Darwin by four lengths.
Trainer Power was on lead-up duties but winning owner/breeder Thomas O'Neill, from Carrick-on-Suir, briefly commented “my last runner here was also a winner, Greenhill Millie won a bumper (in 2010) for Philip Fenton."
Yes Sir Brian's well supported win was following up the half hour earlier win of similarly well backed Crafty Power in the opener.
