Pat Smullen and Dermot Weld topped off a good day after they took the concluding race on today’s card, the Ravens Rock Handicap with 7/1 shot Casual making it a treble on the day for the pair.

Kris Weld son of the winning trainer said afterwards: “She’s in the December Sales and I’d imagine she’ll go there next.”

“She’s very honest and she was very good there considering she beat older horses in testing conditions. We knew when she hit the front she wouldn’t be beaten.”
