Walsh and Martin double up with Keelaghan
Keelaghan proved too strong for fellow 7/2 joint favourite Fosters Cross in the Water Towers Chase to give Ruby Walsh and Tony Martin a double at Ballinrobe.
Fosters Cross looked to be travelling best as he hit the front before the second last.
He had no answer when headed by Keelaghan at the last, however, and could only chase him home by three-and-a-half lengths.
"He's a lovely horse and has been around a long time without getting the rub of the green," said Martin of the winner.
"He's a good actioned horse and needs summer ground. We had him in at Killarney on Thursday but luckily took him out when the ground turned soft. It worked out perfectly."
