Walsh Slams rivals in Listowel bumper
The concluding Rover Bumper at Listowel today was won impressively by Tom Mullins' Some Slam who made all for an easy eight lenths win over Summit Meeting
Ridden by Katie Walsh, the son of Orpen impressively quickened up in the straight and maintained a strong gallop to the line.
Afterwards Mullins reported “Some Slam is a very good horse and we always thought a good bit of him. We'll sit and see before making plans for him now.”
