Freshly fashioned veteran chaser Whoyacodding gained a first win in 18 months today as the Garrett Ahern trained 10 year old registered a second course and distance win in Tramore's 2m5f concluding Tom Carroll Memorial Handicap Chase.
Jockey James O'Sullivan held the son of Beat All up, making gradual progress through the race and in the end led at the second last before beating runner-up Turndownthevolume by five lengths.
Ahern's stable representative Sally O'Herlihy later commented “we knew he'd run well. He has been in great form at home. He loves this place and the ground suited him. Everything was in his favour if he just did his thing on the day and he did in fairness to him. He jumped super.
"I ride him out at home and we brought him to the Curragh schooling and everything. He is just a sit and steer job."
