The Michael Halford trained Ebadani is beginning to make up for some previous frustrating efforts when registering a second career win in the Download The Free Racing Post Mobile App Handicap at Bellewstown today, winning under apprentice jockey Conor Hoban.
Ebadani, formerly owned by the Aga Khan, had finished second on six occasions prior to his debut win at Killarney last month but again filled that 'first loser' spot again at Gowran a fortnight ago.
Following today's win, Halford stated “he's a very very genuine horse and with all the seconds, some people questioned him but in fairness he has never missed a beat and just met a few decent horses and has proven that tonight. He got a love ride from the front and he got a nice uncontested lead.”
