As the rest of the Fahey family have been featuring in the racing headlines plenty of late, Seamus has been a while away from the number one berth. He put that right when Undecided popped up at 25/1 in the Valentine's Day At Dundalk Stadium Maiden under 3Ib claimer Shane Kelly.
Anyone of a mind to take on 4/11 shot Bosstime after he'd not found as much as he threatened to do on his debut, were rewarded as a similar scenario unfolded here in this miler.
In the end Undecided prevailed by a neck from the hotpot (aboard which Conor Hoban was bidding for a double after his win on Knock Stars half an hour previous).
"I wasn't surprised as he's been working well.
"He'll be a dual purpose type," said Fahey. (AM & EM)
